Equator School of Fitness
Your journey begins right where your are.
This is why your first day at the Equator School of Fitness starts with the initial assessment phase, aimed to truly understand each other (click here to learn more).
We will perform a series of assessments to make sure we start off on the right foot, and of course get some sweat out with a taste of a workout to set your first benchmark.

You will also meet your #Coach4Life, get to know each other, talk about your goals and how we will work together to achieve them.
After your #FirstDayattheEquator, you will be enrolled in the Equator Fundamentals program. As it’s name, it is ultimately aimed to establish a solid foundation for your personal fitness development.
"A SHORT COURSE FOR THE LONG TERM"
The 1-on-1 coaching environment ensures that you get 100% of the coaches attention all the time, every single time. Because we believe everyone is unique, and therefore this crucial phase requires a very personalized approach to achieve long term success.
The program is mainly aimed at helping you transition into a healthier & fitter lifestyle. We will introduce you to the community that will be your lifelong circle of positive support. And then we will also cover the nutrition base and how making good decisions should look like in terms of what you eat. All the while, introducing you to the key movements we perform at Equator, how to do them safely, effectively, and efficiently.
Once you are ready, you will then graduate to our one-of-a-kind Equator Hybrid membership.
EQUATOR HYBRID MEMBERSHIP
Once you’ve completed the Equator Fundamentals program, you will progress to the Equator Hybrid membership program.
You will experience the fun, supportive, and positively competitive environment of a group class setting, combined with the personal touch of personal training. Your coach will always be there for you, providing you with all the essential skills to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Be it general fitness, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, bikini body, running, triathlon, you name it, we can provide the programming for you!
