FEE

Participation fee is at IDR 150k/person

RACE DESCRIPTION & BASIC RULES

This is Triathlon-inspired event, involving 3 legs: swimming, cycling (substituted with cycling-like exercises), and running. 
It will be time-based, so everyone starts and finishes together at the same time.
The score will be the distance covered in every leg. 
The following will provide a general explanation of the race. 
Further instructions will be provided on the day during pre-race briefing.

SWIM

  • Outdoor pool
  • 25 meters in length
  • 15-minute swim 
  • Any stroke may be used and athletes may walk if feet can touch the ground
  • No life jackets, floaties, paddleboards, or outside assistance permitted
  • For safety reasons, children may be provided with a separate lane. 
  • Athletes will start in 15 sec heats, faster athletes will go first. 
  • Please refer to swim diagram.
  • Overtaking is preferably done during u-turns to avoid collisions, look behind you before you start your next lane, let faster swimmers pass.

BIKE

  • Cycling will be substituted with other movements (possible movements: walking lunges, burpees, bear crawls)
  • 25-minutes
  • Shoes and tops must be worn at all times.

RUN

  • Outdoor run, in the school area.
  • 25-minute run & other exercises.
  • Shoes and tops must be worn at all times.

TRANSITION AREA

  • Athletes may use changing room for T1. 
  • T1 (swim to bike) will be 10 minutes, T2 (bike to run) will be 5 minutes
